To ensure this objective, the management of AYMAR S.A.U has approved an Ethical Code that guides all professionals on how they should act in situations of difficult ethical management and has an Ethical Channel of Communication and Report of possible irregularities committed within the company.
ETHIC CODE
Our Code of Ethics aims to establish the ethical values and principles that govern the company's performance, as well as the general guidelines of conduct that all administrators, managers, employees and those other persons whose activity is expressly subject to the Code of Ethics.
Violating the Code of Ethics is considered a serious fact with consequences for the offender or for those who are aware of it.
ETHICAL CHANNEL
The Ethics Channel is a tool that allows the communication, in a confidential manner, of potentially irregular activities that may lead to a breach of the Ethics Code or the commission of a crime to the company. At AYMAR S.A.U, we regard the Ethical Channel as an opportunity to improve our organisation, which allows us to detect behaviour contrary to our ethical principles and to resolve possible doubts about unclear or ambiguous situations, which may compromise our principles and values.
