Application of AI in operational processes

In AYMAR S.A.U., with the advice of FUNDACIÓ EURECAT, we have developed the project "Analysis and feasibility of the application of AI in operational processes"; which has been subsidized with the support of ACCIÓ in the framework of the Industry 4.0 Coupons program for testing advanced digital technologies - Digital Innovation Hub.

We have carried out the analysis, on the one hand, of the operational needs of the organization in its day to day with the aim of greater efficiency, availability and quality assurance through data analytics and AI, and on the other hand, of the different types of data available. Based on this, we have established improvement projects to implement solutions in infrastructure and asset maintenance, customer acquisition, user service, operations planning and quality assurance, based on the application of AI.
