Environmental product declaration (DAP)

An Environmental Product Declaration (DAP) is a report detailing the environmental profile of a product or system. The quantification of the environmental indicators contained in the above study is carried out on the basis of the Lifecycle Analysis (VNA) methodology according to ISO 14040 and following a series of prefixed criteria and requirements (Product Category Rules, RCP). RCPs make it possible to compare products with similar functions.

At AYMAR S.A.U. we are committed to providing the Environmental Declarations of our Products, in order to provide objective information on the environmental impact of our products throughout their life cycle (from the acquisition of their raw materials to their end of life, through the manufacturing, distribution and use phases of the product), and as a useful instrument for the environmental improvement of products and production processes.

We have signed up to the sectoral convention for the development of sectoral DPAs for mortars and adhesive AFAM cements - National Association of Mortar Manufacturers, and we will have it available in 2019 and 2020.
