Improvement to the new water intake for consumption and thanks to the company AYMAR S.A.U.

Given the need to provide the municipality with an alternative water catchment different from the one we have from the Santa Fe reservoir, this vital project was carried out.

Many times in times of drought, the swamp cannot provide enough reach. Also, at various times of heavy rain, the water captured, accumulated and led to the head tanks is cloudy. In order to guarantee these incidents and guarantee the quality of the water destined for consumption, work began on this project. Thanks to the collaboration with the company AYMAR SAU, owner and operator of the quarries of Gualba, has recently proceeded to make some consistent improvements in the installation of a drive pump inside the mine of Xauxa in order to guarantee the supply of water to the City Council's catchment pond and the ADF fire pond.

We thank AYMAR S.A.U. its predisposition, at all times, to make possible this alternative of water supply for what it represents for the municipality.
