Master's Degree in Mines Engineering (UPC) and Degree in Geology (UB) Visit

As a new action of participation with the community and disclosure of our activity, on 25/04/22 we received a visit to the XAUXA mine of master's degrees in Mine Engineering at Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and undergraduate students in Geology, the subject of rocks and industrial minerals from the University of Barcelona.

The aim of the joint visit was to observe sustainable mining activity that optimizes its resources in the extraction of arids and their subsequent use in construction products.

Luis Jesús García-Mu'oz Miras, Optional Director of the Mine and Jordi Roca Clopés, Surveillant Miner, were the hosts charged with teaching and explaining each part of the process and the sustainable exercise of the activity.
