EPOXY PAINT are different proposals of technical and aesthetic floorings that cover a very wide range of applications.
They all have excellent resistance to traffic, high chemical, mechanical and abrasion resistance, are resistant even at low temperatures, and are highly resistant to wear and tear.

They are ideal solutions for workshops, warehouses, pantries, public premises, chemical industries, food industries, mechanical workshops, garages, public and private car parks, cold stores, clothing stores, hotel entrance halls, stadium lobbies, offices, game rooms, kindergartens,...

• Preparation of the substrate: The secret of the success of a continuous resin pavement lies in the correct and strict prior preparation of the substrate. For it we will fulfill the following points:
• In new concretes we must wait for the total setting (minimum 30 days). The humidity must be <4% in weight.
• In old concretes, we will also verify that the humidity is <4% in weight (use a hygrometer).
• The preparation of the surface can be chemical or mechanical or a mixture of both.
• Chemical preparation: clean the whole surface with a dilution of hydrochloric acid and water in a proportion of 1 part acid and 20 parts water. Spread, rub, pick up and finally rinse the entire surface with plenty of water. Allow to dry completely. Mechanical preparation: according to the state of the surface (painted, rough, chipped,...) we will make a shot blasting, milling or diamond surface.
• Environmental conditions: The minimum application temperature is +10ºC, understanding that the temperature of the pavement will be at least +3ºC above the dew point.
• Complete range of products that make up the different technical and aesthetic solutions for all EPOXY PAINT systems: ADIPOXI, EPOXY BASE PAINT, EPOXY PAINT, CUARZOFILLER A, CUARZONATURAL G, CUARZONATURAL R, CUARZONATURAL F, CUARZOMONO, CUARZOMEZCLA.
• ADIPOXI: small chips or cracks in the concrete should be filled with ADIPOXI thixotropic epoxy mortar and once dry should be mechanically sanded.
• EPOXY BASE PAINT: pre-primer for WET substrates with extraordinary penetration capacity on absorbent substrates.
• EPOXY PAINT: epoxy with multiple possible applications: a.- applied pure with a roller it is an epoxy paint. b.- also applied pure but with a rubber lip it is an epoxy sealer for anti-slip floors. c.- mixing it with CUARZOFILLER. A, we obtain a self-leveling epoxy mortar to be applied with toothed trowel and spiked roller. d.- mixing it with the NATURAL QUARTZ G or R or F, we can make previous smoothing coats to regularize the pavements to be coated.
• PIGMENT EPOXY PAINT: pigmented paste to color the colorless EPOXY PAINT.
• CUARZOFILLER A: mixture of special fillers to add to the EPOXY PAINT to obtain self-leveling mortars to be applied with a notched trowel and a spiked roller.
• CUARZONATURAL G: coarse sand for the first smoothing layer.
• CUARZONATURAL R: Round sand to make an intermediate smoothing layer or to make a dusting on anti-slip floors.
• CUARZONATURAL F: Fine sand for the last layer of smoothing.
• CUARZOMOMONO: quartz sand Monocolor to be able to make a powdering in anti-slip paving.
• CUARZOMEZCLA: Mixture of colored quartz sands to be able to make a dusting in anti-skid pavements.

ATTENTION:

• EPOXY PAINT is easy to use, but requires to be applied by professional personnel.
• The PINTURA EPOXICA are different types of pavements: choose the most appropriate according to aesthetics and/or desired physical resistance.
• Do not apply without a previous adequate preparation of the support.
• Do not dilute any product: all are already pre-dosed.
• Do not use in applications that are not described in this data sheet.
• Do not apply outdoors: UV rays do not alter its properties but it discolors it.
