HNE20 Dry Grey Concrete
The dry concrete HNE20 manufactured by AYMAR S.A. is a dry concrete ready to be used only with the addition of water in the proportion indicated. Elaborated with marble aggregates and cement, with controlled granulometry and optimum plasticity. Indicated for non-structural use.
Composition
Composed of crushed metamorphic limestone aggregates for use in construction, as aggregates for concrete and mortars (EN 12620 and EN 13139), cement CEM I - 42, 5R (EN 197-1 and UNE 80601) and organic additives to improve compressive strength.

HNE20 Dry Concrete is a quality concrete suitable for forming volumes of material such as sidewalk concretes, curb concretes and filler concretes.
- Preparation of the substrate: clean and wet the substrates before application and wait for the water film to disappear. Prepare it with suitable meshes to reinforce the concrete.
- Preparation of the mixture: always use clean, running water. Add 2.5-3 l. of mixing water per bag and mix mechanically until a homogeneous mass is obtained and apply.
- Application of the paste: the minimum thickness of the application will be of 4 cms, always allowing a complete compaction of the mass.
- Once the kneading is done, it will be applied before the beginning of setting.
- Excess water causes a decrease in resistance.
- Apply on substrates with a certain degree of absorption, humidity and perfectly set.
- Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC.
- Avoid frost, strong winds and exposure to intense sunlight during application.
- The addition of other material (additives, cement, etc.) can change the behavior and characteristics of the product.
