The OUTDOOR PROJECTALBE dry mortar has been designed for interior and exterior plastering and rendering. Ideal on ceramic brick, concrete and plaster substrates. Specially indicated to obtain a smooth finish, trowelled or scraped.

  • Substrate preparation: Clean and dampen the substrates before application. The substrate must be completely hardened, resistant, consistent, clean of dust, paint, oil, etc.
  • Preparation of the mixture: always use clean running water. Add 3.75-4 l. of kneading water per bag and mix manually (mixer) or by means of the spraying machine until obtaining a homogeneous mass and apply.
  • Application of the sample: Spread the product with the machine on the support and smooth it. Wait from 1 to 3 hours before troweling the material. Spread the material by projection between 10 and 20 millimeters, make two layers if it is projected directly on brick enclosure, for thicknesses greater than 20 mm apply in successive layers of 15 mm. Never apply thicker than 40 mm. Regulate to regularize the surface and correct imperfections with the regle or trowel.
  • Do not apply at low temperatures and high humidity, with rain or with risk of frost.
  • The application temperature should be between 5ºC and 30ºC.
  • In the joints between supports of different natures and singular points, to reinforce the mortar with metallic fiberglass mesh, treated anti-alkali.
  • Delimit the work zone by means of beads.
  • The addition of other material (additives, cement, etc.) can change the behavior and characteristics of the product.
