The new facility that until 2011 was the world's best restaurant for five years wants to become an "exhibitive laboratory". According to Adrian's own account at the ACN in March last year, the space will have a creative team of people working and doing research on innovation efficiency. There will also be an exhibition part about the process of gastronomic creation.
